Susan Hanson

Susan Hanson received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kansas.  She resides in McKinney, Texas with her husband of 35 years.  Susan’s art has been greatly influenced by her mother who is also an artist.  In addition to pursuing their own artistic paths, they have often collaborated on paintings and gallery shows.

 

The use of unnaturalistic color in her artwork is Susan’s trademark look as well as integrating several mediums into one piece.  Susan is passionate about interior design and the role that art plays in bringing a space alive.
